Tic Tac Toe is a two-player strategy game played on a 3 × 3 grid. One side uses X and the other uses O. Players take turns choosing empty squares until somebody completes a line or the board ends in a draw.
How to play Tic Tac Toe
- 1. Choose VS Computer or 2 Players.
- 2. X makes the first move.
- 3. Players alternate between X and O.
- 4. Make a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line of three matching marks.
- 5. If all nine squares fill without a line, the game is a draw.

In VS Computer mode, you play as X and move first. The computer plays as O and evaluates the available moves before responding. Try different openings and see whether you can find a winning line.
2 player Tic Tac Toe
The 2 Players mode turns your phone, tablet or computer into a shared board. Player 1 controls X and Player 2 controls O, with both players taking turns on the same screen.
